MSP – Service Desk Manager Requirements:
- 4+ years of Team Lead/Management/MSP experience REQUIRED
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
- Expert knowledge and experience providing implementation/migration project planning, configuring, and supporting Microsoft cloud technology: Azure (IaaS), Azure AD, Microsoft 365 project
- Strong virtualization with VMware/vCenter and Hyper-V
- IT Project Management experience
- Certifications a major plus (Azure Solutions Architect, MCSE, MCSA, VCP, VCA, CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, CEH)
- Knowledge of IT applications, processes, software, and equipment Advanced understanding of Windows and OSX Desktops
