MSP – SR. Support Engineer

We are seeking an MSP – SR. Support Engineer to join our expanding team. We provide IT Services to small to medium size businesses. The MSP – SR. Support Engineer position is an opportunity to join a stable, fast-paced Managed and Cloud Services Provider that emphasize their employees ability to succeed both professionally and personally, as we continue to foster their technical skills. The MSP – SR. Support Engineer will act as part of a team that supports over 1,000 users, the computers they use, and the cloud services, servers, and network infrastructure that they rely upon.

The right MSP – SR. Support Engineer will be eager to join a growing MSP, knowledge hungry, team player that thrives in a fast paced, collaborative environment. The technologies that you will be responsible for include: workstations, servers, printers, networks, and vendor-specific hardware and software. This is a full-time opportunity with a salary range between $70K – $80K depending on experience.

** Must have 3+ years of working for a Managed Service Provider to be considered for this opportunity. **

MSP – SR. Support Engineer Responsibilities:

  • Handle all manner of desktop and laptop computer support duties, including format, install, set up, upgrade, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Office 365 including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams
  • Experience with PowerShell
  • Mastering a wide range of network environments and continuing to expand your skill set as the technology landscape evolves.
  • Assisting Sr. technicians with designing and implementing infrastructure
    desktop technologies (Windows RDS, Citrix)
  • Manage multiple matters using a ticketing system
