MSP – Sr. Systems Engineer (Partial WFH)
Due to continued growth and expansion, we are actively seeking a experienced MSP – Sr. Systems Engineer (Partial WFH) to add to our dynamic growing team. This is a full time hybrid role with a dynamic IT Managed Service Provider that has been serving the metropolitan area since 1995.
The MSP – Sr. Systems Engineer (Partial WFH) will serve as a mentor and point of escalation for Systems Administrators and Field Engineers as they grow and develop. The MSP – Sr. Systems Engineer (Partial WFH) should be able to propose, manage, and execute complex projects involving on premise or cloud based infrastructure.
The MSP – Sr. Systems Engineer (Partial WFH) is a great opportunity for an IT Professional who has more than 3 years of experience working for an MSP and is ready to take the next step in their career!
MSP – Sr. Systems Engineer (Partial WFH) Responsibilities:
- Proficiency in the setup, design, and troubleshooting of virtual environments, logical networks, and other high level information technology concepts.
- Advanced projects involving Windows Server, O365 and VMWare technologies. Advanced routing/switching design and implementation.
- Assisting Sr. technicians with project work (migrations, deployments, new office build outs)
- Escalated technical support
- Cloud deployments/administration
MSP – Sr. Systems Engineer (Partial WFH) Requirements:
- MSP Experience REQUIRED (3+ years)
- Advanced administration experience of M365/O365 (Office, Azure AD, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, etc.)
- Extensive experience using one or more RMM tools (Kaseya, ConnectWise, Datto/Autotask, SolarWinds/N-Able, etc.)
- Office 365 troubleshooting/administration/migration
- Cloud and virtualization (Hyper-V, VMWare)
- Firewall, Router, Switch installation and configuration
MSP – Sr. Systems Engineer (Partial WFH) Benefits:
