MSP System Administrator

MSP System Administrator should have IT support and light projects experience working within the Managed Services industry or supporting multiple SMB environments within an SLA environment.
MSP System Administrator Requirement:
- Administration of cloud and virtualization technology – Office 365, Google, Azure, VMWare/Hyper-V
- Administrative duties with Active Directory and Group Policy
- Supporting On-boarding/off-boarding
- Maintaining and troubleshooting user hardware, software, OS issues, and networks
- Proven customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent at communicating in a way that makes sense to non-technical people (face-to-face and written)
- At least 1 year of Managed Service Provider Experience REQUIRED
MSP System Administrator Salary & Benefits:
