MSP System Administrator – Cloud & Client Support Team
We are currently seeking an MSP System Administrator – Cloud & Client Support Team.
You will be joining a talented team of 15 other administrators and engineers, all with a serious love for technology, so if you would consider yourself a tech nerd, well read on! Our open MSP System Administrator – Cloud & Client Support Team role is ideal for an experienced System Administrator with 3-5+ years’ experience in a similar role and would consider themselves to have moderate to advanced knowledge with virtualization/cloud technologies.
The MSP System Administrator – Cloud & Client Support Team will also have the opportunity to work with/move to the projects team as needed. The MSP System Administrator – Cloud & Client Support Team will also have exposure to server-side deployments, migration, and core infrastructure upgrades.
MSP System Administrator – Cloud & Client Support Team Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as an escalation point for trouble tickets on the Support Desk (ConnectWise and/or N-Able experience is a plus)
- Network infrastructure, wireless networks, network switches (Cisco, Dell, Aruba, or Ubiquiti), WAN/LAN, firewall (Sonicwall, Fortinet, or Meraki) and VPN applications
- Support VMware and Windows Server re motely in a team environment and assist in project work on client sites (10% or less)
- Troubleshooting VMware and Windows Server (Active Directory and Group Policy)
- Implement client solutions on an individual basis and as part of a team.
- Recommendation, testing, set up, deployment, and maintenance of hardware and software for clients
- Experience with Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022
- Office 365 and Microsoft Azure AD (Azure VMs a plus)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
