MSP System Administrator & Helpdesk Tier II
We are currently seeking a MSP System Administrator & Helpdesk Tier II to join our field and remote service team. The MSP System Administrator & Helpdesk Tier II will be responsible for network and system administration, end user support, and project-based work.

The MSP System Administrator & Helpdesk Tier II will join an award winning and one of the fastest growing Cloud/Managed Services Providers in NYC where employees partake in quarterly bonuses, continual training, and an emphasis on work life balance.

MSP System Administrator & Helpdesk Tier II Requirements: 

  • 2+ years supporting MAC and Windows OS
  • 2+ years working for a Managed Service Provider REQUIRED
  • Experience working in a consultancy or client-facing position preferred
  • Experience with ConnectWise a plus
  • Experience with O365 administration, active directory, group policy, LAN and WAN networking, network printers & deployment, Windows Server configuration
