We’re a fast-moving cybersecurity and managed services firm looking for a skilled MSP System Administrator to join our team. This is a Tier 2.5 role—perfect for a high-performing support engineer ready to step into more advanced projects and client-facing responsibilities.

You’ll work on escalated technical issues, assist with deployments and migrations, and support a variety of environments spanning cloud, networking, and cybersecurity. It’s a hands-on role with visibility, ownership, and the chance to grow quickly into Tier 3.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve advanced support tickets involving infrastructure, cloud, and networking
  • Assist with project execution: server builds, M365 migrations, firewall deployments
  • Support VIP users and executive teams directly
  • Collaborate with Tier 1 and 2 staff and provide technical guidance
  • Contribute to process improvements and technical documentation

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of MSP experience
  • Strong skills in Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and Active Directory
  • Working knowledge of Hyper-V or VMware, firewalls (SonicWall, Fortinet), and switches
  • Experience with tools like Datto, Veeam, and Autotask
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
  • Comfortable interacting with clients, especially in executive settings
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, CCNA, Microsoft) preferred
