A fast-growing MSP with a client base across NYC is looking for an experienced System Administrator to handle client-facing support, light projects, and complex troubleshooting across Mac, Windows, M365, GSuite, networks, and cloud services. This is a remote-first role but requires NYC metro area residency for occasional onsite client visits.

System Administrator (MSP) Responsibilities:

  • Handle Level 2 remote + onsite support (Mac & Windows)
  • Troubleshoot hardware, M365, GSuite, networking, printing, and VOIP issues
  • Deploy new workstations, configure cloud services, assist with projects
  • Communicate clearly with clients and work independently with minimal hand-holding
  • Document fixes to improve resolution times

System Administrator (MSP) Requirements:

  • MSP experience required
  • Experience supporting both Mac & Windows
  • Solid troubleshooting of M365, GSuite, networking, and end-user issues
  • Strong customer service skills
  • NYC metro area based with reliable transportation for occasional onsite work

System Administrator (MSP) Benefits:
