MSP System Administrator – Tier 2

Due to an increase in revenue, we are seeking a MSP System Administrator – Tier 2 to join our team of 35. We pride ourselves on being a place employees enjoy working at, evidenced by our average tenure being 5 years.

The MSP System Administrator – Tier 2 primary responsibility will be providing advanced support to clients and working on infrastructure based projects. The MSP System Administrator – Tier 2 will support Windows Servers, O365 administration/migrations, Datto, configuring/maintaining virtual servers (VMWare/Hyper-V), and cloud computing (Azure/AWS/G-suite).

Candidates for the MSP System Administrator – Tier 2 must have previous experience working for a Managed Services Provider or supporting multiple businesses concurrently

MSP System Administrator – Tier 2 Requirements:

Experience with Windows 2012, 2016 & 2019 Server roles
Onsite installing, troubleshooting, and managing Microsoft products (Windows 10, and MS Office application suite) as well as Macs
Experience with Office 365 Administration & Migrations
Experience Azure/AWS
Thorough understanding of client/server applications architecture
Configuration, management, and troubleshooting skills for routers, switches, and firewalls

MSP System Administrator – Tier 2 Salary + Benefits:
