MSP System Administrator (Windows/Azure) Responsibilities:
- Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Provide Tier 2 desktop and application support (First escalation point from the helpdesk)
- Administration consisting of adding/removing users and groups, configuring file permissions, event logs, etc.
- Email and M365 suite of application configuration and maintenance
- Support Microsoft Windows server technologies (Server 2016/2019) operating systems, Exchange, DNS, and Active Directory, and virtualization platforms.
- VMware, experienced in the management of ESXi virtual hosts
- Produce, maintain, and update technical documentation.
- Supporting and administering Azure AD (Azure VMs and Intune are a plus)
MSP System Administrator (Windows/Azure) Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Microsoft Server 2016+, and M365 Applications
- Experience implementing, managing, and monitoring Cisco routers and switches
- Experience with Virtualization Technologies: VMWare, Hyper-V (preferred)
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, Rackspace or other cloud based technologies. Specifically experience migrating multiple customers from on-premise to hybrid cloud.
- Previous experience in MSP supporting multiple external clients required
MSP System Administrator (Windows/Azure) Pay and Benefits:
