MSP System Administrator (Windows/O365) Company and Position Overview:
We are a rapidly expanding Cloud Managed Services Provider with a true passion for technology! We have been servicing clients throughout NJ and NYC for over 25 years now. We offer IT services, cyber-security, cloud support, and more. Due to an increase in business, we are seeking an experienced MSP System Administrator (Windows/O365) to join our 50 person MSP/CSP.
The MSP System Administrator (Windows/O365) will work on a team of 20 Managed Services Analysts and Engineers to deliver excellent support and management of our customer’s environment. The MSP System Administrator (Windows/O365) will field issues and requests escalated directly by customer IT personnel, end-users, and monitoring tools (ConnectWise). Our Managed Services Team focuses on providing the comprehensive expertise our customers need to manage and operate their infrastructure. The MSP System Administrator (Windows/O365) role will have broad exposure across a range of network, server, virtualization, and security platforms, working issues independently, and work with Senior Subject Matter Experts on the team.
MSP System Administrator (Windows/O365) Essential Duties:
- Configure and install Windows servers
- Complete O365 migrations from G-suite and Exchange or other providers
- Configure servers and other key components in Azure
- Virtualization (P2V/V2V Migrations, administration) via VMware
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems with servers, both physical and virtual
- Participate in internal and external (client-facing) meetings when necessary
- Basic TCP/IP understanding of network switches, firewalls, security appliances, WiFi, etc.
- Experience working within Hybrid Azure environments
MSP System Administrator (Windows/O365) Salary/Benefits:
- $75,000 – $85,000 (Dependent on Experience)
