MSP System Engineer (Partial WFH) Position Overview:

With an influx of new business and projects, we are seeking a MSP System Engineer (Partial WFH) to be apart of our Service Delivery Team. The MSP System Engineer (Partial WFH) will be able to WFH 2-3 days a week. Key projects the MSP System Engineer (Partial WFH) will work on are M365 migrations, firewall setup and implementations, VLAN configuration, Azure migrations, and server upgrades.

The MSP System Engineer (Partial WFH) must have a background in the Managed Services industry.

MSP System Engineer (Partial WFH) Responsibilities & Technologies:

  • Windows-based server configuration and implementation. (Domain Controller, DHCP, DNS, Fileservers)
  • Microsoft Servers: Setup of Microsoft Domains, O/S Upgrades.
  • Advanced desktop deployment and imaging processes. (Intune)
  • Firewall Setup and Implementation, WAN & LAN Policies, NAT Rules.
  • Firewall: Advanced setup & administration of SonicWALL TZ & NSA firewall products
  • Network Switch Setup & Implementation.
  • Networking: Strong knowledge of VLAN configuration and advanced switch configurations.
  • Implementation of Public Cloud solutions, primarily Microsoft Azure
  • Backup / DR system implementations and maintenance.
