We are seeking a Technical Account Manager – Managed Services TAM / vCIO who will be the primary technical and sales liaison between us and our clients. The Technical Account Manager – Managed Services TAM / vCIO is responsible to maintain the client’s overall level of satisfaction with all our services. The Technical Account Manager – Managed Services TAM / vCIO will handle a set client list for their day-to-day service requests as well as the pricing and equipment selection for both major and minor projects.

MSP – Technical Account Manager (WFH) Responsibilities:

Design and develop innovative solutions to client requirements
Conduct Quarterly Business Review (QBR) with assigned clients.
Managing 25 +/- clients
Manage the Client’s technical proposal process and ensure that all technical information and recommendations addressing client requirements are accurate, properly defined, and detailed.

MSP – Technical Account Manager (WFH) Requirements:

Ensure clients are aligning with Compufit standard tools and solutions.
Develop relationships with technical product vendors to build product sales and support capabilities inside Compufit.
Prepare and present project, service and product quotes for clients.
Perform research on technologies and solutions using internal and external resources to understand the nuances of different technologies and solutions.
