MSP – Technical Account Manager (WFH) Responsibilities:
- Design and develop innovative solutions to client requirements
- Conduct Quarterly Business Review (QBR) with assigned clients.
- Managing 25 +/- clients
- Manage the Client’s technical proposal process and ensure that all technical information and recommendations addressing client requirements are accurate, properly defined, and detailed.
MSP – Technical Account Manager (WFH) Requirements:
- Ensure clients are aligning with Compufit standard tools and solutions.
- Develop relationships with technical product vendors to build product sales and support capabilities inside Compufit.
- Prepare and present project, service and product quotes for clients.
- Perform research on technologies and solutions using internal and external resources to understand the nuances of different technologies and solutions.
