Network Administrator/System Support Specialist-MSP Requirements:
- Experience working for a Managed Service Provider experience REQUIRED
- Knowledge of Ticketing Systems and Monitoring Software (ConnectWise, ServiceNow, Datto)
- Ability and knowledge working with Datto RMM and Kaseya
- Configure and troubleshoot issues related to Window Server, DNS, DHCP VPN
- Experience configuring and troubleshooting VPN Clients, Group Policy, Folder Permissions, Firewalls, VMWare servers, Citrix servers, Printer Servers, and Office 365
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Email Support and Mailbox Administration
- Ability to provide and maintain detailed documentation on each ticket
- Experience with servers, routers, switches, and other networking devices
- General knowledge in managing Microsoft Server Operating Systems and Networks
- Server and workstation hardware and software, including Windows and Mac
- Installation, service, troubleshooting, and repair
- Ability and knowledge understanding cloud and virtualization using Hyper-V, VMWare, and other technologies.
