The NOC Windows Administrator will be part of the Windows monitoring and system administration team for key mid-market clients. This environment fosters faster learners, strong generalists and fast advancement for driven technicians interested in a becoming a Network Security Engineer or Windows/VMware System Engineer or Administrator
The NOC will be supporting efforts for IT services and solutions focused on integrating business and technology in key areas such as Cloud, Data Center Infrastructure and IT outsourcing for enterprise global companies.

The NOC Administrator role is best suited for technicians looking to advance quickly.
Qualified NOC Windows Administrator – Tier II candidates will possess most of the following skills:
- As the NOC Administrator, you’ll be providing 1st & 2nd level support to resolve problems on internal and customer systems and escalating problems to Level 3 engineers as per the SOP
- Supporting network related services (DNS, shared Microsoft Exchange) and value-added services for servers
- Firewall configuration, load balancer configuration, backups, anti-virus services, Cloud related services including Amazon, public cloud, private cloud, etc.
- Working with the Level 3 engineers to perform customer and internal installations including system O/S , network setup, application installation, and system configuration
