About the Role
We’re a growing IT services provider based in Richardson, TX, delivering managed IT, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions to SMBs across the DFW area. We’re looking for a driven Outside Sales Executive to lead new business efforts and close deals in industries like manufacturing, nonprofit, and education.
Job Title: Outside Sales Executive – IT Services (MSP)
Location: Richardson, TX (In-office with local travel)
Compensation: $75,000–$85,000 base + uncapped commission
Type: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8 AM–5 PM
What You’ll Do
- Prospect and build relationships with business owners and executives
- Manage the full sales cycle—from outreach to close
- Attend in-person meetings, events, and networking opportunities
- Present IT service proposals for managed support, cybersecurity, and vCIO services
- Use HubSpot and ZoomInfo to manage leads and track progress
- Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets
What You’ll Need
- 4+ years selling MSP or IT services to SMBs
- Strong communication and consultative sales skills
- Comfortable speaking with C-level executives
- Knowledge of managed services, cybersecurity, or cloud solutions
- Based in DFW and available for regular in-person meetings
Compensation & Benefits
- Uncapped commission: 100% of 1st month’s MRR per deal
