Partner Success Manager/TAM (Hybrid) MSP
We are currently seeking a Partner Success Manager/TAM (Hybrid) MSP to join our company. The Partner Success Manager/TAM (Hybrid) MSP is part of the Partners sales team and responsible for managing our MSP partners, building relationships with them, and overall increasing our company’s revenue. We seek someone who is driven and overall wants to grow into leadership role. The Partner Success Manager/TAM (Hybrid) MSP will be working closely with vCTO and clients.
Partner Success Manager/TAM (Hybrid) MSP Responsibilities:
- Work closely with vCTO and TAMs to ensure complex quotes are ready for delivery
- Conduct data-driven conversations to cultivate new product pipelines and upsell opportunities
- Partner sales through new and existing clients
- Ability to forecast and funnel management process
- Ability to understand key stakeholders and add value
- Manage project and enhancement requirements while contributing to the prioritization of demand and ensuring alignment with the client’s goals
- Ensure customer satisfaction and proactively follow up with stakeholders to resolve clients satisfaction and quality issues
Partner Success Manager/TAM (Hybrid) MSP Salary & Benefits:
