Project Engineer – MSP (Partial WFH)

The Project Engineer – MSP (Partial WFH) is responsible for ensuring that systems, processes and methodologies are followed according to company guidelines. As well as Process Ownership, including: Constantly developing, reviewing, refining and enforcing methods and best practices, scoping, documentation, client satisfaction reporting, etc. The Project Engineer – MSP (Partial WFH) will also assist in the development of technical support technicians from a career perspective. The Project Engineer – MSP (Partial WFH) is responsible for coordinating with dispatch for project and service scheduling, escalation and client satisfaction and dispatch to schedule project work/tasks/tickets.

Having a minimum of 5 years of Network Engineering experience.

Project Engineer – MSP (Partial WFH) Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the engineer’s daily activities and work with Dispatch on service requests
  • Act as resource for performing discovery/diagnostic phase of technical projects, as well as project documentation reviewer
  • Mentor Network Consultants and Associate Network Consultants on projects
  • Assist CSM with QBR reporting and provide feedback for client annual reviews
  • Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Metrics
  • Act as project lead for complex network infrastructure projects..
