Recruiting Manager “Staff the Cloud” – Partial Remote Responsibilities:
- Recruiting Managers manage a set of IT clients (Existing clients only, NO SALES)
- Recruiting Managers submit qualified talent, schedule interviews, and write up job orders
- Recruiting Managers negotiate offers/salary’s
- Recruiting Managers maintain client and candidate relationships to make the best match
- Recruiting Managers have the luxury of prioritizing their own accounts, client relationships and job orders – no micro managing and innovation/ creativity is encouraged
Recruiting Manager “Staff the Cloud” – Partial Remote Requirements:
- 1-5 years of staffing agency experience
- Ability to maintain client relationships
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- IT Infrastructure Staffing experience is a MAJOR PLUS typical skills include: Windows, Exchange, VMware, Hyper-V, Azure, Cisco.
Recruiting Manager “Staff the Cloud” – Partial Remote Salary & Benefits:
- Competitive Base Salary + Commission (First year to third year compensation ranges between $75K – $135K+)

- We take a 2-hour lunch break EVERY DAY between 11:30AM – 1:30PM (Business hours are 8AM – 5PM.)
