Recruitment Specialist (IT Staffing) Only Day to Day:
- Recruiters deal more with active candidates vs passive candidates through job ad management
- Recruiters Source, Phone Screen, Interview, and then pass the candidate off to the Account Management team to manage the relationship from there!
- No Full Desk model here! Recruiters only focus on the candidate side while the Account Management team manages the client relationships
Recruitment Specialist (IT Staffing) Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience working for a staffing firm
- 1+ years of recruiting experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated and a challenge seeker
Recruitment Specialist (IT Staffing) Compensation: base salary + commissions. First year to third year compensation ranges between $75K – $135K+. (Base salary typically somewhere around $60k)
