Bowman Williams is opening new offices around the country each year. We’re based in Washington DC, New York City, Philadelphia, Chicago, Dallas and Los Angeles.

We are a permanent placement staffing firm that exclusively staffs the Cloud Computing/Cloud Services industry. We have our hands around the industry, earn 80%+ repeat business each year and business is growing – we needs Sales Associates! Get in now, grow and advance quickly.

We have an open position for a Sales Associate in Arlington, VA. We just quadrupled our office space in anticipation of growth. We exclusively partner with IT Cloud Computing companies and we staff for 90% of the fastest growing 100 Cloud Solution companies in our markets.

What you can expect as the Sales/Business Development Associate…

NO SEARCHING FOR LEADS – ALL PROSPECTING IS DONE FOR YOU. The large majority of ALL potential prospects in our industry who are worth our time prospecting for business are populated in your database each day. All you have to do is follow up with them and turn them into new business.

WARM LEADS AND LESS COLD CALLS. We’ve grown sales organically for the past 7 years relying solely on 80% repeat business and word of mouth. Thousands of IT Cloud companies across the 6 cities we operate in receive our marketing, attend our events or indicate a buying interest by tuning into our social media, reading our white papers on scaling Cloud practices or listen to our Webinars geared towards CEOs of Cloud Computing companies around the world. We need an experienced Sales/Business Development Associate to help us pull in the low hanging fruit.

Compensation: Base salary + commission. Expected earning potential first year is $75K to $95K. Expected second year earnings are $100K to $130K. The Sales Associate earns commission on EVERY placement we make the client. Each new client they sign up, they turn over to the Account Management team so they don’t get bogged down with Account Management.

Sales Associate Job Requirements:

Staffing experience (any industry)
Outbound Sales Business Development experience (phone/email)
Cold calling experience

Sales Associate Job Responsibilities:

Work closely with the CEO and Marketing Manager of Bowman Williams to engage with CEOs of Cloud Computing companies.
Our clients are the owners or CEOs of Cloud Service Providers. Engage with CEOs and other C-levels to pipeline their plans to scale and hire.
Convert warm leads into new business.
Establish relationships via cold calls and emails with potential Clients.
