Senior Escalation Engineer Level 3 (MSP):

Business is continuing to increase which is why we are seeking a Senior Escalation Engineer Level 3 (MSP). You will be a key piece of our team handling highest level escalations working on project implementations. The Senior Escalation Engineer Level 3 (MSP) will also work closely with Service Delivery Manager to keep the company working with cutting edge technologies.
Senior Escalation Engineer Level 3 (MSP) Experience:
- Previous employment at a MSP
- Experience with Azure, AWS, Azure AD configuration, ConnectWise Automate, Windows Server, Active Directory, VMWare, Dell, HP, Hybrid Azure environments, and oversight of new solutions implementation.
- PowerShell automation
- MDR/EDR and Nerdio
- Client installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
- M365 enterprise email application administration
- MS Office Suite applications setup and customization
- Workstation hardware configuration and testing
- Backup and Disaster Recovery implementation
- High Availability load balancing solutions
- Virtualization expertise in Hyper-V and VMware
- SAN architecture management
- Networking proficiency including TCP/IP, routers, and firewalls
