Senior IT Support Engineer – (MSP)
We are seeking a Senior Support Engineer – (MSP) to join our dynamic growing team. We provide IT services to small to medium size businesses in the Rockville area.
The Senior Support Engineer – (MSP) position is an opportunity to join a stable, fast-paced Managed and Cloud Services Provider that emphasize their employees ability to succeed both professionally and personally, as we continue to foster their technical skills. This will be a 80% work from home, 20% client visits opportunity with a salary range of $70,000-$80,000 depending on experience.
The ideal Senior Support Engineer – (MSP) will be eager to join a growing MSP, knowledge hungry, team player that thrives in a fast paced, collaborative environment. The technologies that you will be responsible for include: workstations, servers, printers, networks, and vendor-specific hardware and software. As the Senior Support Engineer – (MSP) you will demonstrate not only a proficiency with the technologies used in your environments, but also the capability to analyze and understand new technologies that clients were previously unfamiliar with.
** Must have 3+ years of working for a Managed Service Provider to be considered for this opportunity. **
Senior IT Support Engineer – (MSP) Responsibilities:
- Handle all manner of desktop and laptop computer support duties, including format, install, set up, upgrade, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Office 365 including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams
- Experience with PowerShell
- Active Directory including maintenance of accounts, groups, and policies
- Assisting Sr. technicians with designing and implementing infrastructure
desktop technologies (Windows RDS, Citrix) - Google Workspace (Formerly G-Suite, Google Apps)
