Many of our clients are migrating from Private Cloud or on-premises systems. The Senior IT System Engineer (MSP) will take the lead in designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft-based cloud environments within our clients’ networks. In-depth knowledge of Office 365 with specific experience with Intune is a must. This is a full-time position to work with our Level 3 team specifically on Microsoft Cloud migration projects.

Senior IT System Administrator (MSP) Duties & Responsibilities:

Implement and administer Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud infrastructure
Implement and support Microsoft Intune
Office 365 email migrations
Ongoing support for client’s Microsoft infrastructure
Implement and administer infrastructure for business solutions based on Windows 10 and Windows Server 2019
Implement and administer virtual environments for both desktops and servers based on Microsoft, VMWare products.
Configure and manage enterprise applications such as Active Directory, SQL, SharePoint, and third-party applications.
Experience with FortiGate Firewalls and Veeam backup software a big plus
Provide tier 3 troubleshooting support for a complete range of systems and network issues.
Document systems and provide knowledge transfer for our support team

$105,000 – $115,000 (dependent on experience)
