We are currently interviewing for a Senior System Engineer that will perform 80% solutions/projects and 20% troubleshooting. Ideally, this person will have the ability to take over as team lead for the NOC in the upcoming year. Investing millions of dollars into the development of the NOC Support Team, they need a Senior System Engineer that can help grow, mentor and eventually manage the System Engineer team while engineering and consulting with clients.

Job Summary
The Senior System Engineer will be designing, and installing Windows server solutions located within hosted facilities. Qualified candidates will have in-depth knowledge of system engineering, designing and managing of Windows server solutions deployed in physical or virtual environments. The Senior System Engineer will work closely with other team members and clients to deliver solutions.
Major Responsibilities/Activities
•Responsible for the design, implementation, and documentation of infrastructure
•Responsible for design and configuration of Active Directory, Group Policies, and Windows Failover Clustering
•Responsible for level 3 support
Minimum Requirements
•At least 5 years of Senior System Engineer Windows administration
•At least 3 years of server virtualization
