You will work with medium to larger sized businesses. Senior System Engineer – Infrastructure Builds (MSP) will be designing, implementation, and support of backup and disaster recovery solutions. You will also be leading projects and have a group of engineers who can provide you support.
Senior System Engineer – Infrastructure Builds (MSP) Responsibilities:
- Experience working with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Office 365. (setup, configuration, design, and support of cloud-based workloads)
- Strong experience with Cloud environments on both administration and infrastructure
- Experience juggling multiple projects at once or leading a small team of engineers
- Extensive knowledge of configuration and maintenance of network infrastructure
- Extensive knowledge of working with firewalls, WAN, VPN, Cisco Meraki, or Palo Alto
- Being able to classify and categorizes incidents, prioritizing incidents to ensure timely resolution, and handling escalations
- Experience working in an SLA-driven environment and ticket crusher
- Must be able to appropriately document your work (IT Glue and ConnectWise)
- Experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment
- Design, implementation, and support of backup and disaster recovery solutions
Senior System Engineer – Infrastructure Builds (MSP) Salary & Benefits:
- $95k – $135k
