About the Role

As a Senior Network Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in designing, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex network environments. You’ll work with cutting-edge technologies to support clients, implement proactive solutions, and act as the final escalation point for Tier 3 issues.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure, including firewalls, routers, switches, and wireless systems.
  • Work with leading technologies like Ubiquiti, Meraki, Cisco Catalyst, SonicWall, Fortigate, and Palo Alto.
  • Implement and manage advanced network protocols (RSTP, VLANs, QoS, IGMP, etc.).
  • Optimize, design, and analyze Wi-Fi systems using tools like Ekahau.
  • Onboard and monitor client networks using Auvik NMS.
  • Lead solution design and implementation to meet client business requirements.
  • Ensure network uptime through proactive maintenance and support.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of configurations and network changes.

What You’ll Bring

  • At least 7 years of experience designing, maintaining, and troubleshooting network environments.
  • Expertise in networking, routing, switching, and firewalls.
  • Familiarity with advanced protocols (TCP/IP, QoS, NAT, VLANs, RSTP).
  • MSP experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle client interactions with professionalism and respect.
