Senior NOC Engineer (MSP) Technical Abilities:
- Proficiency across Microsoft Operating Systems, encompassing desktop and server variants.
- Experience with SAN/Storage solutions such as Dell, NetApp, and EMC.
- Skilled in Data Backup and Recovery, Data Replication, and Data Archival techniques.
- Expertise in Hypervisor technologies including VMWare and Microsoft Hyper-V, deployed across Traditional and Hyperconverged Infrastructures.
- Strong understanding of Networking principles encompassing TCP/IP, Routing Protocols, DHCP, VLANs, VPN, DNS, and SD-WAN.
- Familiarity with Firewall Technologies including Checkpoint, Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper, Palo Alto, and SonicWALL.
