Senior Project System Engineer (Partial WFH) – MSP

Our company is the next-gen style Cloud Service Provider and to be able to keep up with the rapidly growth in our business we are seeking a Senior Project System Engineer (Partial WFH) – MSP join us full time. The Senior Project System Engineer (Partial WFH) – MSP will leading a team of eager engineer who are ready to complete any project handed to them.

The Senior Project System Engineer (Partial WFH) – MSP will meet with sales and clients to understand the project scope, estimates, and goals. The Senior Project System Engineer (Partial WFH) – MSP will also lead in designing, implementing, and supporting cloud environments within the clients’ networks.

Senior Project System Engineer (Partial WFH) – MSP Duties: 

  • Design, implement, and administer Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud infrastructure
  • Design, configure, manage, support, and troubleshoot VMware or other virtualization platforms
  • Design, configure, manage, support, and troubleshoot remote desktop environments such as Citrix and Microsoft Remote Desktop
  • Design, configure, manage, support, and troubleshoot disaster recovery platforms and software
  • Handing complex software migrations (ERP upgrades, new cloud software installations with integrations with DNS, etc)
  • Provide accurate, timely, and detailed documentation of all technical and client care issues
  • Solid Microsoft Windows Server experience, including server setups, DNS, DHCP, etc.
  • Mail migrations from legacy email systems to Microsoft 365/Google Workspace
  • Automate recurring system administration tasks using scripting languages such as PowerShell
  • Flexibility to work under specific timelines and/or shifting priorities; occasionally work after-hours to complete work tasks; occasional nights and weekend work possible.
