Senior Success Manager (vCIO) – MSP Duties and Responsibilities:
- Developing relationships with key client contacts (senior partners, managers, and executives) as their trusted advisors through regularly scheduled meetings (conference calls and onsite).
- Act as the client advocate and liaison to all other departments within the company, as well as other vendors who provide services to clients.
- Ensure that all escalated issues reported by the client are tracked and addressed, and the client is involved and updated on status.
- Create the best practices solutions design to keep IT secure and scalable
- Experience handling IT requests and creating quotes with the correct solutions and licenses.
- Develop relationships with technical product vendors to build product sales and support capabilities
- Research new solutions and stay up to date on current IT trends and systems.
- Address CRM tickets and all product-related queries on time.
- Provide direction and coordination to internal and external project teams to accomplish work within schedule and budget.
- Build strong customer relationships, especially with key customer stakeholders and sponsors
Senior Success Manager (vCIO) – MSP Salary / Benefits:
- Salary: $110,000 – $125,000
