Senior Support Technician Level 2 (MSP)
We are a growing Managed Services Provider (MSP) in the DFW area is seeking a Senior Support Technician Level 2 (MSP) to serve as a point of escalation for technical issues and collaborate on IT modernization projects. The Senior Support Technician Level 2 (MSP) role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies, assist in migrations, virtualizations, and cloud computing, and play a key role in enhancing client IT environments. Senior Support Technician Level 2 (MSP) Day to Day:
- Configure and install Windows-based servers and computer systems for SMB clients.
- Assist with M365 and Azure migrations, including Intune and mobile device management (MDM).
- Assist with virtualization projects (P2V and V2V) using Hyper-V and VMware.
- Install, configure, and maintain security tools and policies to protect client environments.
- Support, upgrade, and optimize customer networks and in-house servers.
- Collaborate with Senior Project Engineers to implement IT solutions that modernize infrastructures.
Senior Support Technician Level 2 (MSP) Requirements:
- MSP experience required—must be comfortable working in a multi-client environment.
- Hands-on experience with Windows servers, M365, and Azure deployments.
- Strong knowledge of Hyper-V and VMware virtualization.
- Experience supporting firewalls, networking, and server maintenance.
- Ability to troubleshoot escalated IT issues and provide solutions efficiently.
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
Senior Support Technician Level 2 (MSP) Salary + Benefits:
- $60,000 – $70,000
