Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary onsite engineer and trusted advisor for a major client
- Lead technical projects from design to implementation
- Deploy and manage Azure environments (VMs, networking, identity, storage)
- Administer the full Microsoft 365 suite (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams)
- Manage and secure endpoints using Microsoft Intune
- Handle advanced support escalations (servers, cloud, networking)
- Collaborate with your team to drive IT strategy and improvements
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in an MSP or multi-client IT support environment
- Strong knowledge of Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, and Windows Server
- Proven ability to lead technical projects and manage client expectations
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-first mindset
Salary and Benefits:
