Senior System Administrator – ConnectWise Automation (MSP)

We are leading Managed and Cloud Services Provider that has been supporting businesses throughout the DFW Metroplex for over 20 years. We provide companies with strategic alignment to business goals, adequate backup, and security and IT services to ensure operations run efficiently and cost-effectively. This is a primarily remote role that only requires the Senior System Administrator – ConnectWise Automation to occasionally come in to our Richardson, TX office. We are only considering candidates who live in the Dallas-Forth Worth area.

The Senior System Administrator – ConnectWise Automation will monitor and maintain various aspects within the Network Operations Center, Servers, and RMM tools (ConnectWise), including network connectivity and performance, alerts and other notifications, backups, patches and releases, and change management. The Senior System Administrator – ConnectWise Automation role is to address NOC and Server related tasks including patch remediation, firmware updates, and vulnerability remediation.

We are only considering Senior System Administrator – ConnectWise Automation candidates with previous MSP experience who live within 50 miles of Richardson, TX.

Senior System Administrator – ConnectWise Automation Expert Knowledge With:

  • MS Intune
  • MS Autopilot

  • ConnectWise Control
  • Automation technology – Specifically Immybot and Rewst

Senior System Administrator – ConnectWise Automation Qualifications:

  • Previous MSP experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft technologies, Meraki, and VMWare technologies
  •  Strong knowledge of server and storage hardware
  • Desire for continuous development of IT knowledge
  • Ability to conduct technological analyses and research
  • Obtain industry certifications (reimbursed upon completion)
  • Ability to work with minimal management
