We are a nationally recognized Cloud and Managed Services Provider serving a growing number of businesses throughout the East Coast. We are continuing to expand which is why we are seeking a MSP experienced Senior System Administrator (ConnectWise) to join the Projects Team. The Senior System Administrator (ConnectWise) will be spending 90% of their time on projects and the remaining 10% on the highest level escalations.
The Senior System Administrator (ConnectWise) will be responsible for leading hardware and service deployment projects. These projects may include such technologies as servers, SANS, switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless devices. The Senior System Administrator (ConnectWise) candidate will be responsible for maintaining Microsoft specific environments like Windows Server, Exchange server, Office 365, and Azure. The Senior System Administrator (ConnectWise) will also be well versed on virtualization technologies such as VMware or Microsoft Hyper-V. The ideal individual will be comfortable in a fast paced work environment and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Senior System Administrator (ConnectWise) responsibilities:
- Maintaining customer’s environments that are both hosted at our office and on the customer’s premises.
- Leading hardware and service deployment projects. These projects may include such technologies as servers, SANS, switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless devices.
- Maintaining Microsoft specific environments like Windows Server, Exchange server, Office 365, and Azure.
- Troubleshooting and resolving server and network problems
- Troubleshooting and repairing server hardware related problems
- Troubleshooting and repairing software related problems
- Administering and maintaining Microsoft Windows Server installations
- Administering and maintaining Microsoft Exchange Server installations
- Administering and maintaining SANS, Virtual environments and network equipment
