Senior System Administrator (ConnectWise)
Are you a seasoned Senior System Administrator (ConnectWise) ready to lead critical IT projects and guide small to mid-market businesses in technology transformation? We are looking for an autonomous engineer to scope, design, and implement complex network and systems solutions while advising C-level clients on strategic IT roadmaps. This role offers a project-heavy workload, especially during peak seasons, with up to 95% of your time focused on transformative IT initiatives. This is a hybrid WFH role allowing the Senior System Administrator (ConnectWise) to work from home 3-4 days per week.
MSP experience is REQUIRED.
Senior System Administrator (ConnectWise) Responsibilities:
- Lead client consultations with C-level executives to scope and design IT solutions that align with business goals, including physical and virtual network architecture and cloud migrations
- Design, implement, and manage LAN/WAN networks, including configuration and deployment of routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless solutions
- Architect and support both on-premises and cloud-based Microsoft Active Directory environments (2012-2019)
- Lead cloud projects, particularly within Azure and AWS infrastructures, ensuring secure and efficient setup and operation
- Design, deploy, and manage virtualization platforms, including VMware, Hyper-V, and Citrix environments
- Implement and maintain robust storage solutions, including SANs, to support scalable and secure data storage needs
- Oversee project timelines, manage remediation tasks, and ensure high-quality client deliverables throughout each phase
- Provide high-level support for escalations and project-based troubleshooting
