Senior System Administrator (Hybrid WFH)

We are organically growing which prompts our search for a MSP experienced Senior System Administrator (Hybrid WFH) to join our Professional Services Division. As the Senior System Administrator (Hybrid WFH),you will be relied on to provide solutions, recommendations and help support other team members as an escalation point to support, remediate, and recommend solutions and various technologies including but not limited to: Infrastructure,
Domain Services, Network, Firewall’s, VPN solutions, Backup and Recovery platforms, Cyber security, Cloud environments, Remote tools, etc. You will also be a key implementer of projects for these solutions.
Senior System Administrator (Hybrid WFH) Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Windows System Administration
- Strong experience in Network Administration
- Strong experience managing Microsoft 365
- Strong experience managing Azure
- Experience with virtual technologies such as VMware ESX, or Hyper-V
- Strong understanding of base concepts and protocols such as TCP, NAT, ARP, DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, VLAN, VPN
- Ability to perform end-to-end troubleshooting of issues, where the problem may lie in the storage, server, network or anywhere in between
- Experience configuring and managing switches and firewalls
- Ability to solve problems quickly and automate processes.
- Ability to quickly find solutions to unfamiliar problems (research skills).
- Ability to follow change controls and security procedures.
- Ability to research and learn new concepts and apply them to future projects
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
Senior System Administrator (Hybrid WFH) Consultative Duties:
- Take lead on all client technical calls
- Responsible for plan client task\project roadmaps
- Organize necessary resources to accomplish tasks
- Work with multiple departments to ensure all clients technical needs are met
