Senior System Administrator L3 (MSP) Experience:
- Microsoft 365, G-Suite
- Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of clients
- Administration of enterprise e-mail application, including add/remove users and group, configure folder permissions if applicable, forward mail to other accounts, and add aliases, replication and clustering Microsoft Windows
- Installation, configuration, troubleshooting and customization of MS Office Suite applications per customer’s preferences
- Solid understanding of and ability to install, configure and test workstation hardware including video cards, NICs, sound cards, hard drives, and PDAs Datacenter Technologies
- Working knowledge of Enterprise Backup Systems/ Backup and Disaster Recovery
- Working knowledge of High Availability load balancing solutions
- Working knowledge of Hyper-V and VMware
- Working knowledge of SAN architecture Networking Technologies
- Solid understanding of and ability to configure TCP/IP subnetting and troubleshooting Internet connectivity
- Experience with and understanding of routers and firewalls
- Experience with Cisco, Meraki, Sophos, Fortigate Cloud Solutions
- Experience with Azure and AWS
- Azure AD configuration and maintenance
- ConnectWise Manage, Automate, and/or Control
- Windows Desktop OS support and troubleshooting
- Windows Server OS configuration and support
- Network configuration and troubleshooting
- Enterprise management of a PC environment, as well as mobile device
- Installations/support including Android, and iPhone
- SAN management, HyperV and VMware ESX
- Apple/Mac support are considered a plus
