- Lead infrastructure projects (e.g., Microsoft 365 migrations, firewall deployments)
- Collaborate on large-scale implementations and escalated troubleshooting
- Support Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP
- Configure and manage SonicWall, Meraki, VPNs, and switching hardware
- Participate in client meetings to provide technical input and plan deployments
- Mentor Tier 1 and Tier 2 team members to help elevate the team’s skillset
- Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs for client systems
Experience/Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in an MSP or multi-client IT environment
- Strong technical skills with Microsoft 365, Azure Entra ID, Intune, and Exchange Online
- Proficiency in Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
- Experience with SonicWall, Meraki, or similar firewalls and networking gear
- Familiarity with RMM and PSA tools (ConnectWise, Kaseya, Autotask, etc.)
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, client-first approach
- Bonus: Certifications like AZ-104, MCSA, or Network+ (not required)
Benefits & Compensation:
- $100,000 – $115,000 annually, based on experience
- Hybrid remote/in-office work model
- Health, dental, and vision insurance
- 401(k) with company match
- 15 PTO days + 5 sick days
- Certification reimbursement and paid training
