Senior System Administrator – MSP (Hybrid WFH)

We have a full-time position open for a Senior System Administrator – MSP (Hybrid WFH). Senior System Administrator – MSP (Hybrid WFH) are working at the top of the Professional Services Team, opening up immense opportunities to help shape the direction of the department as it continues to scale. This is a hybrid WFH role that only requires you to report to our Richardson, TX office 2-3 days per week.
The Senior System Administrator – MSP (Hybrid WFH) will be scoping out projects for mid-market and small businesses, consulting with C-levels, road mapping, design/implementing physical and virtual network solutions, managing projects, and performing hands-on Systems/Network engineering. The make-up of projects vs escalations will be a sliding scale (most support is in project remediation phases) but during the busy season, you will be doing 95%+ project work. We are looking for an autonomous Senior System Administrator – MSP (Hybrid WFH) strong in M365 migrations and Windows (Azure) Server environments, VMware and/or Hyper-V, storage solutions, and networking/firewall configurations.
Senior System Administrator – MSP (Hybrid WFH) Requirements:
- At least 1 year of previous MSP experience
- Design, Implement, and Support LAN/WAN technologies (i. e. installation of routers, switches, firewalls, wireless, etc..).
• Design, Implement and Support Microsoft Active Directory environments (2012-2022) on-premise and in the cloud.
• Design, Implement and Support both AWS/Azure infrastructures.
• Advanced Knowledge & Experience designing, Implementing, and supporting Hyper V, and VMware environments.
• Design, Implement, and Support storage area networks (SANs)
• Excellent oral/written communication skills (emphasis on technical communication) in a business environment.
•Advanced Knowledge & Experience with Microsoft Cloud Solutions – Azure / Microsoft 365 / SharePoint
