The Senior System Administrator will be joining an award-winning IT solutions firm, specializes in cloud solutions, cybersecurity, managed IT services, and infrastructure management. We excel in crafting optimized cloud solutions to empower small and medium-sized businesses with enterprise-level productivity, scalability, and security.

Due to increased revenue, we are seeking a versatile and customer-focused Senior Systems Administrator to serve as a leader on our MSP team. The ideal candidate should possess a robust understanding of on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments, including proficiency in Meraki, Microsoft 365 services, MDM (Intune), and M365 Tenant management. This client-facing role demands strong interpersonal skills as you will directly engage with our clients and vendors.

Senior System Administrator (MSP) – Partial Work From Home MSP Responsibilities:

  • Implement and support local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), intranets, extranets, and other data networks.
  • Provide support for both Windows and Mac environments.
  • Manage and troubleshoot network and system issues, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Perform network rollouts and manage all aspects of the networking platform.
  • Support a wide range of industry-specific software.
  • Monitor active network and server infrastructure.
  • Conduct routine preventative maintenance on equipment.
  • Execute sensitive data backup and restoration procedures.
  • Enforce standardization policies and document all technical procedures and user guides.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and keep clients informed of incident progress and changes.

Senior System Administrator (MSP) – Partial Work From Home MSP Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of experience working for a Managed Service Provider REQUIRED**
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 offerings.
  • Experience with Meraki hardware and VPN implementation.
  • Familiarity with PowerShell scripting.
  • Experience with TCP/IP and data protocols.
  • ConnectWise experience is highly desirable.
