Senior System Administrator (MSP Team) Responsibilities:
- Plan, lead, and execute IT projects, ensuring smooth implementation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, performing root cause analysis to prevent recurring problems.
- Document IT infrastructure, troubleshooting steps, and client processes with precision.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Senior System Administrator (MSP Team) Requirements:
- Previous MSP experience is required—you know the fast-paced, multi-client environment.
- Expertise in server setup, migration, and troubleshooting (Domain Controllers, DNS/DHCP, Active Directory, File/App servers, P2V).
- Strong experience in data and email migrations (SharePoint, Microsoft 365).
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Intune management, and Entra sync troubleshooting.
- Skilled in firewall configurations and Site-to-Site VPN setup.
