Senior System Administrator – Projects Team Requirements:
- Experience on IT projects such as: Onboarding clients to Managed Services, M365 and Azure onboarding and migrations, Environment Security Audits (Cloud and on Premises)
- General Knowledge around Networking and Wireless setups
- Fundamental understanding of Office 365, Azure AD, SharePoint and Intune
- General Knowledge of File Share and VPNs
- Experience with a PSA / Ticketing system – Autotask preferred
- A drive to help improve processes and workflows – we live on feedback to improve!
Senior System Administrator – Projects Team Technologies and Projects:
- Onboarding new clients
- Conversion from physical infrastructure to Azure or AWS hosted environments
- Microsoft 365/Azure onboarding and Migrations
- Environment Security Audits (Cloud or On Premise)
- Client office Networking Infrastructure-New Constructions or overhauls
- Cloud Services – AWS, Office 365, Azure, Software with RMM deployment, Intune and/or group policy
- Cloud Migrations – Moving from traditional servers to SharePoint/OneDrive, moving from Google Drive to Office 365 and moving internal/physical server workloads to virtualized hosts
- Networking – ISP upgrades, SonicWALL, Ubiquiti UniFi, VLAN knowledge and SD-WAN knowledge
