Senior System Administrator – Projects Team (MSP)

We continue to expand and need a Senior System Administrator – Projects Team (MSP) for our 10 person Projects Team. Your time as a Senior System Administrator – Projects Team (MSP) will be designing and implementing new solutions to improve client infrastructures. Typical projects include, but are not limited to, server deployments, full network refreshes, on-prem to cloud migrations, O365 migrations, and setting up new infrastructure from the ground up.

Due to the nature of the position, we are only accepting Senior System Administrator – Projects Team (MSP) applicants with previous Managed/Cloud Service Provider experience.

Senior System Administrator – Projects Team (MSP) Requirements and Responsibilities: 

  • Expert-level knowledge of the OSI model, TCP/IP networking, routing, and VLANs
  • Expert-level knowledge of DHCP, DNS, NAT/PAT, and various content filtering and network access control technologies
  • Extensive experience with imaging and OS deployment and management technologies
  • Extensive experience with VMware’s virtualization stack and products
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Client operating systems as well as Office 2013/2016/O365
  • Extensive experience designing, building, and supporting various remote access technologies and products such as VPN, Citrix, and MS Remote Desktop
  • Expert-level knowledge of various backup and disaster recovery products and techniques
  • Working experience in managing and implementation of Azure networks
  • Fluency in Citrix XenServer/Studio/Director, Cisco Meraki, PowerShell, MS Server 2012/2016
  • ConnectWise Manage and ConnectWise Automate experience
