Senior System Administrator – Projects Team (MSP) Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Expert-level knowledge of the OSI model, TCP/IP networking, routing, and VLANs
- Expert-level knowledge of DHCP, DNS, NAT/PAT, and various content filtering and network access control technologies
- Extensive experience with imaging and OS deployment and management technologies
- Extensive experience with VMware’s virtualization stack and products
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Client operating systems as well as Office 2013/2016/O365
- Extensive experience designing, building, and supporting various remote access technologies and products such as VPN, Citrix, and MS Remote Desktop
- Expert-level knowledge of various backup and disaster recovery products and techniques
- Working experience in managing and implementation of Azure networks
- Fluency in Citrix XenServer/Studio/Director, Cisco Meraki, PowerShell, MS Server 2012/2016
- ConnectWise Manage and ConnectWise Automate experience
