Due to expansion, we’re currently seeking a Senior System Administrator – VMware Specialist (MSP). The Senior System Administrator – VMware Specialist (MSP) will be responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of virtualized systems hardware, software, and related customer infrastructures. In this dynamic role, you’ll collaborate with exceptional people, participating in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the customer’s environment.
Senior System Administrator – VMware Specialist (MSP) Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of administration experience with VMware Horizon (now Omnissa) Infrastructure
- Experience with large-scale virtualization clusters with hundreds of VMs per cluster
- 3+ years of experience with physical and virtual switch/router/firewall components (Cisco, Juniper, etc.) and troubleshooting complex network issues.
- 3+ years of strong, hands-on experience in hardware and Microsoft Server OS management in a networked environment.
- Experience with email filtering applications like Sophos, Mimecast, or Microsoft.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and mentor project team members and other System Administrators.
- Previous MSP experience highly preferred
