IT Helpdesk Support Tier III (MSP)

We are currently looking for a IT Helpdesk Support Tier III (MSP) to join our growing team of Engineers.

IT Helpdesk Support Tier III (MSP) will be joining an exciting and well established MSP with a heavy focus on Security and Cloud Solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement scripting solutions using ConnectWise to install software, address issues, remediate vulnerabilities, and deploy new services.
  • Maintain and update ConnectWise: manage agent scripts, respond to alerts, monitor dashboards, and conduct periodic system reviews.
  • Perform network-level patching and maintenance, including WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security.
  • Provide support for disaster recovery solutions.
  • Support, patch, and maintain Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, and SharePoint.
  • Support, patch, and maintain virtualization technologies such as VMware, Citrix, and Microsoft.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced understanding of VLAN and networking concepts.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure design to evaluate project viability.
  • Proficiency with advanced Active Directory (AD) and Azure AD concepts.
  • Moderate experience with PowerShell scripting.
  • Experience designing and implementing enterprise backup solutions using Veeam.
  • Expertise in mail flow troubleshooting and spam filter management.
  • Proficiency in SNMP troubleshooting.
  • Strong knowledge of storage troubleshooting and concepts.
  • Experience with RADIUS server configuration.
  • Capability to oversee mid-grade incident response (IR).
  • Skilled in onboarding investigations to identify issues and develop resolution plans.
  • Strong understanding of security concepts and implementation.
  • Ability to serve as an escalation point for Tier 2 support.

Education and Experience:

  • BA/BS in Information Systems or a related field is preferred.
  • Relevant professional IT certifications, such as Microsoft MCP, MCSA, MCSE, Citrix CCEA or CCIA, SonicWall CSSA, ConnectWise CCPA, Cisco CCNA, or VMware VCP, are preferred.
  • Proficiency in scripting/programming, with PowerShell preferred but other modern programming languages acceptable.
  • Minimum of 5 years of IT experience.
