Senior System Engineer

The MSP Senior System Engineer will be juggling multiple projects at a given time. The MSP Senior System Engineer will handle Azure, VMware, and SharePoint migrations. You will also handle complex software migrations. You will be leading the project team and handling escalations.
Senior System Engineer Duties :
- Complex software migrations (ERP upgrades, new cloud software installations with integrations with DNS, etc)
- Configuring and installing various computer and Windows servers
Migrations on O365 & G-Suite and Azure - Experience deploying and configuring Meraki switches, wireless, and routers
- Experience working with Teams Voice implementations
- Design, implement, and support Microsoft 365 stack solutions.
- Configuring and managing firewalls, switches, WAPs, VPNs, and other network appliances
- Highly proficient with virtualization platforms including VMWare and/or Hyper-V
- Experience with PowerShell Scripting, Labtech, or ITGlue is a plus
- Top escalation point on the Service Desk
- 3+ years of Managed Service Provider Experience REQUIRED for consideration
Senior System Engineer Salary & Benefits:
