Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and support servers, Microsoft 365, Azure, virtualization technologies, storage, security, and backup disaster recovery (BDR) solutions, both on-premise and in the cloud.
- Handle escalations and provide advanced support for complex service requests.
- Collaborate with project teams on the implementation of IT infrastructure solutions.
Technical Must-Haves:
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and Windows Server.
- Networking experience and the ability to diagnose technical issues.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies like VMware and Citrix.
