Senior System Engineer (Hybrid) MSP
Our business continues to grow rapidly year over year. We are looking to beef up our Senior System Engineer -Managed Service Provider team by adding an additional person. Senior System Engineer (Hybrid) MSP will need to ready to work in a fast-pace environment and be ready to hit the ground running.
The Senior System Engineer (Hybrid) MSP must have excellent customer service skills and a desire to increase knowledge of cloud technology, virtualization, and networks for small-to-medium business solutions. The Senior System Engineer (Hybrid) MSP will support projects supporting O365/Azure deployments, virtualizing servers via Hyper-V/VMware, Server/Desktop support, and Networking configurations (SonicWall and Cisco Meraki) support. The Senior System Engineer (Hybrid) MSP will also lead as the technical expert for all infrastructure-related outages, failures, and problems.
Senior System Engineer (Hybrid) MSP Duties:
- Project work includes new client onboarding, deployments, or migrations of servers and networks, providing infrastructure guidance to C-level clients, designs, and implementations.
- M365 administration with domain synchronization, Azure deployment, and migrations
- Provide top-notch technical support in your areas of subject matter expertise (network, virtualization)
- Coordinating and implementing client/server applications architecture
- VMware and/or Hyper-V experience as well as cluster experience
- P2V & V2V migration experiences
- Implementing network software and hardware upgrades (Cisco Meraki; SonicWall)
- Routing, switching, network access control systems experience
- Configuring and managing firewalls, switches, WAPs, VPNs, and other network appliances
Senior System Engineer (Hybrid) MSP Salary & Benefits:
