Senior System Engineer L4 – Managed Services

In this role, the Senior System Engineer L4 – Managed Services be responsible for tackling complex issues that our team of technicians cannot solve on their own. You’ll be the go-to expert for our clients’ most difficult challenges, making sure that their IT systems stay up to date and secure. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in a similar fast-paced environment and have strong analytical skills.

Senior System Engineer L4 – Managed Services Responsibilities: 

  • Provide technical expertise to align VMware Best Practices with company’s existing IT policies, workflows, and procedures in design process
  • Designing and implementing, migrating and supporting Windows, VMware/Hyper-V server networks
  • Maintaining and improving the technology infrastructure of our company, working closely with our team of L2 engineers to ensure operational efficiency
  • Deploying and configuration firewalls from scratch
  • AWS/Azure design, migrations and deployments
  • Implementing network software and hardware upgrades (Cisco Meraki; SonicWall)
  • Configuration, management, and troubleshooting skills for routers, switches, and firewalls

Senior System Engineer L4 – Managed Services Requirements: 

  • Professional MSP (Managed Service Provider) Experience
  • Understanding of complex multi-site IT infrastructures and coordinating with clients to maintain and improve them
  • Experience in managing hybrid environments, with knowledge of cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
  • Extensive experience working and understanding working with VMware and/or Hyper-V
  • Providing advanced level technical support for end-users
  • Experience deploying and configuration Window Servers
  • Experience with M365, P2V, and V2V migrations

Senior System Engineer L4 – Managed Services Benefits:
